I've been practicing massage therapy for four years, and my passion lies in helping women find meaningful relief from chronic pain, persistent tension, and inflammation that conventional approaches haven't fully resolved.

As a Vodder-certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, I bring a clinical depth to my work that goes beyond traditional massage. MLD is a specialized, precise technique — and being Vodder-certified means I've trained at the highest standard in the field. Combined with therapeutic massage modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release, and cupping, my approach addresses both the muscular and lymphatic systems together.

I also specialize in pre and post procedure lymphatic care — supporting women before and after aesthetic and wellness treatments to reduce inflammation, minimize swelling, and accelerate the body's natural recovery. For women navigating the physical changes of menopause, my work addresses the chronic hip pain, tension, and systemic inflammation that often accompany this transition — providing real, lasting relief at every stage.

But what keeps me coming back every day are the moments when clients return and share how their lives have changed. Being able to stay active with their children again. Returning to work with greater comfort. Sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Those moments are why I chose this work.
